Colby and his assistant on time and got to work right away. After successfully cleaning our dogs favorite white wool living room rug, they then again successfully cleaned the white fabric cushions on our lanai furniture. The outdoor rugs were done as well and came out spotless despite the dust and pollen of the past winter. Before leaving, he found time to steam clean our kitchen tile floor. “Colbie and his crew were amazing. We suffered storm surge damage to our home. His team was punctual, fair, and explained the entire process, why, and what they were doing. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable given industry standard, and ESPECIALLY considering the natural disaster. We referred our neighbors to their company, and our neighbors have had the same incredible experience. Don’t get me wrong, this whole thing SUCKS, but Colbie and his crew made us feel at ease and made sure to get the work done properly and quickly…EVEN WITH the second hurricane Milton causing a disruption for everyone. They inspected our next door neighbors house, who was lucky to have lower surge lines, and were honest enough to tell them that they did NOT need to hire them. That is what I call a genuine, honest, family company. DO NOT hesitate to use them for mitigation and other services. THANK YOU for helping our family!”
